Attorney and Counsellor at Law Mark J. Capecelatro has been practicing law in the northwest corner of Connecticut since 1973. He is a 1970 graduate of Colgate University and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was a three year member of the Law Review, in 1973.  Attorney Capecelatro began his career as a trial specialist with extensive work in the litigation of personal injury matters, divorce, child custody and support issues, criminal defense and general civil litigation.  Simultaneously, he handled the purchases and sales of residential and commercial real estate, zoning and land use matters, estate planning and settlement and the formation and management of small businesses.  For the past twenty five years he has focused his practice on the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning (including the drafting of Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies and other Advance Directives), and the settlement of estates.  He is the most experienced zoning attorney in Connecticut’s northwest corner and the only attorney to successfully obtain all required municipal approvals for residential renovation and construction projects for properties located on Twin Lakes in Salisbury, Connecticut and Lakeville Lake in Lakeville, Connecticut.

Robert A. D’Andrea

Attorney at Law Robert A. D’Andrea is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Hartford, and has a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Attorney D’Andrea was a criminal prosecutor with the Litchfield State’s Attorney’s Office from 1981 to 1987. He has practiced criminal defense law since 1987. Attorney D’Andrea has a background in trial practice, both domestic and foreign, as he was General Counsel with an international company and their 18 affiliated companies worldwide. He has extensive international law experience and has handled corporate, litigation and business matters in over 20 countries around the world. Attorney D’Andrea has been a board member and executive officer of several prominent non-profit organizations. From 1988 to 2000, Attorney D’Andrea was legal counsel to the Democratic State Central Committee of Connecticut.
